"Yoga is an effortless dance with breath + gravity."
-Vanda Scaravelli

Ruby discovered yoga at an early age as a parallel to dance, noticing how the two forms of moving and working with the body are intertwined. Observing this connection led her to develop an even deeper interest in yoga not just as a physical asana practice, but as a philosophy and mode of self-betterment and care.

She completed her 200-hour yoga instructor certification in 2017 at the Devanadi Yoga School of Yoga and Wellness in Minneapolis, MN. Alongside an intensive study in yoga asana and philosophy, she also received training in structural anatomy, Ayurvedic medicine, yoga therapy and an intro to Thai yoga body work.
